Access Control
Access Control is a system designed to manage and monitor the entry and exit of people or things in an area or building. This system allows to create customized security levels for different areas, facilitating attendance management and access tracking, offering detailed reports on who enters and exits and when. In addition, access control can be integrated with other security solutions, such as alert and surveillance systems.

HOW IT WORKS
Our Access Control solution is based on Gate Detector system and allows you to monitor transits through access gates, detecting both presence and direction (entry/exit). The system is suitable for both access control of people and vehicles (cars, forklifts, …).
The system is based on two BLE antennas, conveniently installed on both sides of the gate. The antennas are powered by PoE and connected to LAN.
Each user (or vehicle) is equipped with a BLE tag, configured to transmit a unique identification packet, also containing information on the internal status.
The data coming from the individual pairs of antennas are processed by centralized software, which uses advanced signal processing algorithms to identify transit. The system can be interfaced with application software via API (HTTP or MQTT), to be integrated with the building’s security systems.
Our Access Control solution can also be integrated with the RTLS LocateBLE or MeshCube platforms, to also provide localization within the site.
